Hello,

I'm trying to set up an email account. I have a SmugMug domain by GoDaddy. Everything works okay until I get to step 9. For me the Email management link does not exist under My Account. There are, however 2 email credits under Free Products List, but it does not appear like the screenshot in Step 10, nor do I have a Email/Email Forwarding link under My Products.

Shouldn't I have received a pre-configured email account as I have a SmugMug domain, or should I set up an email account manually using one of the 2 free email credits.

 Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Brian

The email accounts do not come preconfigured.  You must do that manually.  We have no idea what email address you want to use. This is actually something between you and GoDaddy anyway.  These instructions are provided as a convenience to you.   If you have trouble with the email setup, you really should use the help contact information on the smugmugdomains/godaddy pages.  The GoDaddy support people will be able to help you get this setup quickly.

Some of the screens seem to have changed some, though this could be a newbie issue.

I was able to get it all done, but had to access the email account setup a little differently (the MX records stuff seemed to go reasonably well).

(I had to go back to the my account top page and click the link at left for My Email Account, 2nd from bottom onf the list.)
