Thanks to SloYerRoll from Dgrin for the Vista instructions!

Select, "Next".

5. Your computer will think for a second then a ìcredentialsî (login information) window will pop up. Type your SmugMug login credentials in the appropriate places. (Make sure, "Remember my password"SmugMug is unchecked if youíre not doing this from your machine). Select, "OK".

Absolutely amazing... so easy (once I'd installed the patch) and I can't believe I have full access to 20,000 pictures to download etc right on my pc. Fantastic - thanks so much for taking the time to share this.

I wonder Jim, have you applied the patch?

BTW, it didn't ask me to log in so I'm not sure how it knew that the account I got was my account. Strange...

I get the same error as Jim and I already installed the patch as mentioned above. Maybe it's because I'm running Vista 64-bit?!

When I type in the following to "Add Network Location", I receive an error saying it does not exist.

On a 32-bit Vista Home Premium system I'm getting the following error message trying to open only certain folders, other folders open fine.  It seems as if it may be related to the NUMBER of photo images in folder, the error only occurs if there are a LOT of images (>50 or so):

"Documents in this folder are not available.  The folder may have been moved or deleted, or network problems may be preventing a connection to the server."

 anyone have any ideas?

Same here - I installed both of the recommended MS fixes, but no luck. I get the same message: "Documents in this folder are not available. The folder may have been moved or deleted, or network problems may be preventing a connection to the server."
